Jess the Basics is a West Indian home bakery rooted in family tradition and real ingredients. As a West Indian foodie, Jess learned the basics from her grandparents and parents — and those basics became everything.
Every bake is made to order with fresh, whole ingredients - nothing artificial, nothing rushed - bringing a sense of joy and comfort with every bite.
